熱風爐房設備節能降耗有效措施簡析

Attention should be paid to the insulation measures for flanges, valves and various pipeline accessories to reduce the heat loss of the whole heating network. It is necessary to improve the quality of daily maintenance and regular maintenance of heating network, which plays an important role in improving the efficiency of hot blast stove house. 蒸汽經過用熱設備後生成的冷凝水水質好,且溫度可達60—100℃,但90%以上在用工業熱風爐的用戶未對冷凝水進行回收,而當廢水排掉了。若能對凝結水采用多區段過濾附加鍋內加藥法進行綜合回收利用,不僅減輕了水處理的負荷,節省了水處理費用,同時提高了給水溫度,降低了燃料耗量,通常給水溫度每提高6℃,可節約燃料1%。節能可達10%∼12%。為降低熱風爐排污熱損失,應加強熱風爐給水品質控制,並盡可能減少熱風爐排污量,同時應采取措施回收排污熱量。熱風爐房熱力系統的排污量應控制在5%以下,最好為2%左右。此外,可采用加裝排污擴容器及換熱器來回收部分排污熱量,以起到節能降耗的作用。

In addition, some heat from sewage can be recovered by installing expanding containers and heat exchangers to save energy and reduce consumption.
