降低天然氣熱風爐耗氣量可以這麼做!

 

顧名思義使用氣體燃料進行燃燒,該設備相對比較簡單、操作便捷。隨著現在嚴查環保力度不斷加大,許多廠家將,這樣使用不僅節能減排,同時還環保可靠,那大家知道在使用時燃氣耗氣量怎樣計算嗎?怎麼做才能降低耗氣量進而降低成本呢?

1.改善氣流相遇的條件︰改善燃氣燃氣和空氣兩股氣流的相通條件,其目的是增大它們的接觸面積。接觸面積越大,就是反應面積越大,強化了燃燒。具體辦法,可以把燃氣和空氣分成多股細流,讓兩股氣流具有一定速度並交叉相遇;格一股氣流(通常是燃氣)穿過並淹沒在另一股氣流之中,等等。

2.加強混合、擾動︰燃氣燃用氣體燃料的燃燒是單相反應,著火和燃燒比固體燃料容易,但其燃燒速度和燃燒的完善程度與燃氣和空氣的混合好壞關系密切。混合愈好,燃燒愈迅速、完全,火焰也短。所以,只要火焰的穩定性不被破壞,應盡量提高氣流出口或燃燒室中的氣流速度,甚至在入口處設置擋板等阻力大的障礙物,讓其按擊、沖焰,增加氣流的擾動,以加強混合。

4.旋轉和循環氣流︰促使氣流旋轉可以加強擾動和混合。同時,在旋轉氣流的中心會形成一個回流區引導大量煙氣回流、循環,既強化了混合,也延長了煙氣在燃氣內流動路線和逗留時間而減少了不完全燃燒損失。

5.煙氣再循環︰為了提高燃氣燃燒反應區的溫度,可以將一部分高溫煙氣引向燃燒據,使之與末燃的或正在燃燒的可燃混合物相混合,以提高燃燒強度。但需注意的是,再循環的煙氣量不宜過大,不然會因惰性物質過多而稀釋可燃混合鉤,反而使燃燒速度減緩,甚至缺氧熱解,造成燃氣不完全燃燒損失。

5.
